1. Product Overview

841AR Super Shield™ Nickel Conductive Paint is a one-part, solvent-based acrylic lacquer filled with conductive nickel flakes. The coating is smooth, hard, and abrasion-resistant, with strong adhesion to plastics like ABS, PBT, and PVA. It dries quickly without the need for heat curing and offers excellent corrosion resistance, making it suitable even in marine environments. UL Recognized, this product ensures reliable EMI/RFI shielding across broad frequency ranges. It is available in liquid, aerosol, and pen forms for versatile application methods.

2. Applications

  • Conductive coatings for plastic electronic enclosures.

  • EMI/RFI suppression for high-frequency electronic devices.

  • Marine or harsh environment protection with corrosion resistance.

  • Board-level shielding where thin films are required.

  • Brush, spray, or selective coating for small- and large-scale applications.
