1. Product Overview

Micares® X1087RD (R10)/P 978 is a two-component flame-retardant polyurethane sealant formulated for electrical and electronic applications. The system is solvent-free, liquid at ambient temperature, and cures either at room temperature or with thermal acceleration. It is listed as UL 94 V-0 with an electrical RTI of 130°C, making it highly suitable for flame-critical environments. The resin is filled, degassed, and offers strong adhesion to metallic and non-metallic substrates. The system is RoHS compliant and designed for ease of processing with consistent performance.
