MICRONOX® MX2150 is a high-performance cleaning agent designed for camera module (CMOS, CCD) assemblies. It effectively removes a broad range of Pb-free flux residues while preserving the shine of solder joints. The formulation is gentle yet efficient, ensuring superior compatibility with FFC, FPC, and all common metals. MICRONOX MX2150 is fully water-soluble, RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and environmentally safe, with negligible global warming potential. It provides low-cost, easy-to-use, and easy-to-rinse cleaning for ultrasonic systems, making it suitable for advanced electronic assembly processes. The product has a five-year shelf life when stored in polyethylene containers at 5–50°C.
