RTV31, RTV60, and RTV88 are high-temperature, two-part silicone rubber compounds supplied as a base with a DBT (dibutyl tin dilaurate) curing agent. They cure at room temperature to form durable, resilient elastomers. The products differ mainly in uncured viscosity, which allows for adjustable work times and cure rates by varying the type or concentration of curing agent. These solvent-free compounds provide excellent adhesion with primer, release properties, and maintain elastomeric properties from -54°C (-65°F) to 260°C (500°F) continuously, and up to 316°C (600°F) for short periods.
