RTV31, RTV60, and RTV88 are high-temperature, two-part silicone elastomers supplied as a base with DBT (dibutyl tin dilaurate) as the standard curing agent. These solvent-free compounds cure at room temperature to durable, resilient rubbers and differ mainly in uncured viscosity. Cure speed and work time can be adjusted by varying the type or concentration of the curing agent.
Temperature Range:
Continuous: -54°C to 260°C (-65°F to 500°F)
Short-term: up to 316°C (600°F)
