Mould Release Agent QZ 66 is a solvent-free, low-viscosity silicone oil used for the pre-treatment of moulds and models.
Provides optimum release effects for cold- or hot-cured Araldite® epoxy castings, mouldings, or laminates.
Non-corrosive to epoxy or metal moulds, works up to 250 °C.
Requires only a thin application; fast drying, low mould build-up.
Form: clear, colourless liquid, supplied in cans.
Ensures easy demoulding of Araldite® epoxy castings and laminates.
Suitable for steel or aluminium moulds, applied as thin film.
Improves surface detail reproduction and glossy finish.
Allows multiple demould cycles from a single application (though re-application after each use is recommended).
Applied by brush, rag, spray gun, or vaporiser.
