1. Product Overview

CONATHANE® CE-1164 is a single-component, solvent-borne, transparent polyurethane conformal coating. It is fast-curing, flexible, and provides excellent electrical insulation and moisture protection. The coating is QPL listed for MIL-I-46058C (Type UR), UL 94 V-0 rated, fluorescent under UV light, and exhibits excellent adhesion to phenolic and epoxy-glass laminates.


2. Applications

  • Thin-film protection of components and printed circuit boards (PCBs).

  • Electrical and moisture barrier for assemblies in harsh or humid environments.

  • Suitable for spray, dip, or brush applications.

  • Recoatable and solder-through for rework.
