PERMABOND® MM115 is a medium-strength anaerobic threadlocker and sealant, formulated with methacrylate esters. It is designed to lock and seal bolts, nuts, and screws while allowing later disassembly with standard hand tools. The adhesive cures reliably at room temperature in the absence of oxygen and in contact with metals. It prevents vibration loosening, protects against corrosion, lubricates threads for easy assembly, and is thixotropic (non-drip).
General-purpose threadlocking and sealing in machinery and equipment manufacturing.
Fasteners that may require disassembly for service and repair.
Bolts, nuts, screws, and plated fasteners (steel, cadmium, zinc, etc.).
Industrial use where controlled torque and corrosion protection are required.
