1. Product Overview

The RTV100 Series consists of one-component, ready-to-use silicone adhesive sealants that cure at room temperature via atmospheric moisture. They form durable, resilient silicone rubber, releasing acetic acid vapors during cure. The series includes paste-consistency and self-leveling products suitable for vertical, overhead, or difficult-to-reach surfaces. These sealants provide low-temperature flexibility, high-temperature performance, excellent weatherability, ozone and chemical resistance, and superior electrical insulation. Cure depth should not exceed 6mm (1/4 in.), and primers may be recommended for certain difficult-to-bond substrates.

  • General-purpose bonding, sealing, and electrical insulation

  • Formed-in-place gaskets for vertical or overhead surfaces (paste products)

  • Thin-section potting, filling small voids, and self-leveling protective coatings (self-leveling products)

  • UL-recognized applications and certain MIL-A-46106 general- and high-temperature specifications
