1. Product Overview

Stobicast® L 777.86 is an elastic two-component polyurethane casting compound with superior mechanical and electrical characteristics. It provides high insulation strength, chemical resistance, and long-term flexibility. Certified to UL 94 V-0 (3 mm) and V-1 (1.5 mm), it also achieves an RTI of 130 °C and complies with IEC glow wire standards (GWFI and GWIT at 850 °C). Its classification in railway applications as I3 F1 (NF16-101/102) highlights its fire and smoke safety. The product fully complies with RoHS and WEEE directives, making it both reliable and environmentally responsible.
