1. Product Overview

SYLGARD™ 164 is a two-part, 1:1 mix ratio silicone elastomer designed for general-purpose encapsulation. It offers good flowability, moderate thermal conductivity, and flame resistance (UL 94 V-0). The product cures rapidly at room temperature and can be heat-accelerated for faster processing. It is well-suited for electrical and electronic applications requiring protection, durability, and repairability.
