1. Product Overview

TECHNOMELT PUR 6221 UV is a moisture-curing polyurethane hotmelt adhesive designed for bonding and laminating interior parts. It provides:

  • Fast setting with high initial strength
  • Fluorescent under UV light for easy inspection
  • Excellent chemical resistance (fuel-oil mixtures, plasticizers, solvents, surfactants, salt spray)
  • Good adhesion to fiber materials, wood, foils (PVC, TPO), textiles, and thermoplastics (ABS, ABS/PC, PA, etc.)

  • Automotive Industry: Interior parts such as door mirrors, retainers, door linings, pillar linings, instrument panels
  • Wood & Furniture Industry: Profile wrapping
  • Textile & Foil Industry: Laminates
