1. Product Overview

tesa® 4965 Original Next Gen is a 205 µm transparent double-sided industrial PET film tape with a biomass-balanced tackified acrylic adhesive and 90% PCR PET backing, reducing CO₂ emissions by 40% compared to the original tesa® 4965. It delivers high tack, strong shear strength, and reliable adhesion on low surface energy surfaces. The tape withstands humidity, UV, and temperatures up to 200 °C short-term. It is certified for skin contact, UL 969, DIN EN 45545-2, and features low VOC content, making it suitable for diverse industrial mounting applications.
