tesa® 60744 is a 50 µm thermal management transfer tape designed for efficient heat conduction and strong adhesion. It provides high thermal conductivity in the z-direction while maintaining excellent electrical insulation and a thin, easy-to-handle profile. The tape ensures reliable mounting of heat-sensitive components in electronic devices, including displays, MLBs, and other substrates requiring effective heat dissipation.
