tesa® 60745 is a 100 µm white thermal management transfer tape designed for excellent thermal conductivity and strong adhesion to heat sources or heat-spreading materials, such as 5G mmWave antennas and heat pipes. It provides good bonding strength, excellent surface wet-out, thin design, easy handling, and reliable electrical insulation.
