tesa® 62906 PV0 is a 0.6 mm double-sided black PE foam tape with a tackified acrylic adhesive, designed for mounting small exterior trims and emblems. The foam backing ensures excellent conformability, compensates design tolerances, and provides reliable adhesion even on uneven surfaces. It delivers high initial and ultimate bond strength on MSE plastics (ABS, PC, PMMA), chromed ABS, and clear coats, while maintaining excellent temperature resistance and cold shock performance down to –40 °C. Its lightweight design, clean converting, and non-sticky edges make it ideal for precision die-cutting and fine designs.
