1. Product Overview

tesa® ACXplus 77711 is a 1.1 mm double-sided acrylic foam tape designed for mounting exterior automotive parts. It features an asymmetrical double-layer structure with a high-performance LSE adhesive, allowing secure primerless bonding to low surface energy plastics such as PP and PP/EPDM, as well as medium surface energy substrates like ABS. The tape provides excellent immediate tack, robust long-term stability, and superior resistance against humidity, UV, and temperature changes.
