tesa® ACXplus 77115 is a 1.5 mm double-sided acrylic foam tape engineered for the permanent exterior mounting of automotive attachment parts. With a visco-elastic acrylic foam core and tackified adhesive, it provides strong and durable bonding while compensating for thermal expansion. The tape delivers excellent resistance against humidity, gasoline, UV exposure, and temperature extremes. It is also PFAS/PFOS-free and available in alternative thicknesses of 0.8 mm and 1.2 mm.
