tesa® ACXplus 77805 Primerless Line is a 0.5 mm double-sided acrylic foam tape tailored for mounting automotive exterior attachment parts. With a triple-layer symmetrical design and LSE adhesive on both sides, it bonds effectively to low surface energy plastics such as PP and PP/EPDM, as well as MSE substrates like ABS, without requiring primer. It also delivers strong adhesion on OEM clear coats. Its viscoelastic foam core ensures stress dissipation, durability, and reliable sealing, while the formulation is PFAS/PFOS-free. The product is also available in 0.8 mm, 1.1 mm, and 1.5 mm thicknesses.
