tesa® ACXplus 77808 Primerless Line is a 0.8 mm double-sided acrylic foam tape designed for automotive exterior mounting applications. It features a triple-layer symmetrical construction with LSE adhesive on both sides, enabling direct bonding to low surface energy plastics such as PP and PP/EPDM and medium surface energy substrates like ABS without the need for primer. It also adheres strongly to OEM clear coats. The viscoelastic acrylic foam core ensures stress dissipation, sealing, and reliable performance under dynamic loads. Available thicknesses include 0.5 mm, 1.1 mm, and 1.5 mm.
