tesa® ACXplus 77815 Primerless Line is a 1.5 mm double-sided acrylic foam tape engineered for automotive exterior attachment parts. Its advanced LSE adhesive allows secure bonding to low surface energy plastics such as PP and PP/EPDM, as well as MSE substrates like ABS, without requiring primer. It also adheres effectively to OEM clear coats. Featuring a viscoelastic acrylic foam core, it provides stress dissipation, strong wet-out, and durable sealing. The tape enhances efficiency, lowers process costs, and promotes environmentally friendly and healthier production. Available in 0.5, 0.8, and 1.1 mm thicknesses.
