Parker Chomerics THERM-A-GAP™ GEL 45 is a fully cured, silicone-based, one-component dispensable thermal interface gel with a thermal conductivity of 4.5 W/m-K. Engineered for high-performance heat transfer, it is optimized for automated dispensing, rework, and field repair. Its paste-like consistency allows precise placement and controlled dispensing, while requiring very low compressive force to protect delicate components from stress. With high flow rate (55 g/min), low thermal impedance, and room-temperature storage, GEL 45 is well suited for high-volume manufacturing environments across multiple industries.
