1. Product Overview

TSE3062 is a two-component, low-viscosity silicone gel designed for electronic potting applications. It cures at room temperature into a soft, tacky gel with the addition of the curing agent, and cure can be accelerated with heat. Its soft, cushioning nature protects electronic assemblies from humidity, mechanical shock, and vibration. The product is non-corrosive, produces no reactive by-products, and offers excellent electrical properties, making it ideal for sensitive electronics requiring insulation and mechanical protection.
