1. Product Overview
Turbo-Coat Acrylic Conformal Coating (Product #2108) is a fast-drying, low-toxicity acrylic coating engineered to accelerate PCB assembly throughput. It dries tack-free in just 3 minutes and can reach full cure within 10 minutes at elevated temperatures, reducing production bottlenecks without requiring additional capital equipment. HAP-free and MEK, Toluene, and Xylene-free, the coating provides a crystal-clear, glossy finish and features a UV indicator for quality inspection. The product meets IPC-CC-830 standards and UL94 V-0 flammability rating, supporting both high-performance production and easy rework.
