1. Product Overview
Turbo-Coat™ HV Acrylic Conformal Coating (Product #2109) is a high-viscosity version of Techspray’s popular Turbo-Coat, designed for fast-drying, selective spray applications in PCB assembly. It dries tack-free in under 10 minutes, significantly reducing production bottlenecks without additional capital equipment. HAP-free and low toxicity, it contains no Toluene, Xylene, or MEK. Turbo-Coat HV can be mixed with standard Turbo-Coat products for flexible use across assembly, rework, and QC touch-up processes. The coating meets IPC-CC-830B standards and UL94 V-0 for nonflammable final coating, with a UV indicator for inspection.
