1. Product Overview
VIGON® A 200 is a water-based, alkaline defluxing agent formulated for high- and medium-pressure spray equipment, suitable for inline and batch cleaning processes. Utilizing MPC® Technology, it effectively removes flux residues from electronic assemblies, ceramic hybrids, power modules, and leadframes. It ensures exceptional cleanliness for subsequent wire bonding and coating processes while providing excellent material compatibility and low environmental impact.

Spray-in-air inline and batch cleaning of PCBAs, Power Modules, Leadframes, and Ceramic Hybrids.
Effective for low standoff components, ensuring no residual flux remains.
Supports downstream processes like wire bonding, coating, and assembly without affecting sensitive components.
Compatible with filtration, process monitoring, and regeneration systems (ZESTRON® EYE, Bath Analyzer 10, Adsorber HM1) to maintain stable operation.
