1. Product Overview
VIGON® RC 303 is a water-based cleaning medium specifically developed for manual and automated cleaning of reflow ovens, wave solder systems, sintering presses, and drying ovens. Designed to remove all types of baked-on flux residues, re-condensed fluxes, and emissions, it ensures superior cleaning performance while maintaining high operator safety. As the successor to VIGON® RC 101, this formulation enhances process reliability, provides excellent material compatibility with aluminum and epoxy surfaces, and is environmentally friendly with no flash point or hazardous labeling requirements.
2. Applications
Manual cleaning of reflow ovens, wave solder equipment, sintering presses, and drying ovens: spray directly, allow ~5 min contact, wipe, then air dry.
Automated cleaning of conveyor fingers in wave solder systems using reservoir filling and automatic brushing.
Pre-cleaning of condensation traps and surfaces exposed to flux residues.
Suitable for baked-on fluxes, fumigation contamination, solder pastes, and SMT or conductive adhesives.
