1. Product Overview
VIGON® US is a water-based, alkaline defluxing agent specifically formulated for use in ultrasonic, spray-under-immersion, and centrifugal cleaning equipment. Utilizing MPC® Technology, it efficiently removes all types of flux residues from electronic assemblies, including PCBs, flip chip packages, and CMOS devices. Distinguished by its low ionic contamination, absence of flash point, and extended bath life, VIGON® US ensures reliable, residue-free cleaning and is environmentally compliant, biodegradable, and halogen-free.

Cleaning of PCBAs, including flip chips and CMOS assemblies, in dip tank processes.
Effective in capillary and low standoff areas.
Reduces particle contamination, improving image resolution for CMOS image sensors.
Suitable for lead-free solder paste removal.
Can be applied with ZESTRON-supported ultrasonic, spray-under-immersion, or centrifugal cleaning systems.
