1. Product Overview

WEVO-Casting Resin PD 445 is a two-component, unfilled polyurethane encapsulating system designed for high flexibility and resilience. It offers outstanding resistance to acids and alkalis, excellent low-temperature flexibility, and strong adhesion to plastics, metals, and glass. Its stable dielectric constant across wide frequencies and temperatures makes it ideal for sensitive electronics. The operating temperature range is -60 °C to +120 °C. The resin is processed with WEVO-Hardener 385.


2. Applications

  • Encapsulation and coating of pressure-sensitive electronics.

  • Protection of sensors, PCBs, and SMD-equipped boards.

  • Ideal for components exposed to harsh chemicals and temperature fluctuations.
