1. Product Overview

WEVO-Casting Resin PU 925/1 M is a solventless, two-component polyurethane encapsulating system with a degassed, non-abrasive filler. It is formulated for use in electrical applications where low to medium voltage insulation is required. Once cured, the polymer exhibits elastic-tough mechanical behavior, reliable adhesion to diverse substrates, and stable thermal cycling resistance. The usable temperature range is -40 °C to +120 °C. The resin is processed together with WEVO-Hardener 600.


2. Applications

  • Encapsulation of power and instrument transformers.

  • Electrical insulation for capacitors and electronic components.

  • Suitable for low and medium-voltage protection requiring good dielectric strength, thermal stability, and durability.
