WEVO-Casting Resin PU 930 M is a two-component polyurethane encapsulating system with non-abrasive mineral fillers. Once cured, it provides tough-elastic mechanical properties and excellent adhesion to plastics, metals, and glass. The material performs reliably under thermal cycling, with a service temperature range from -40 °C to +140 °C. It offers strong dielectric strength, good thermal stability, and moisture resistance. The resin is used with WEVO-Hardener 600.
Encapsulation of electrical components in low and medium-voltage applications.
Protection of sensors, switches, and PCBs.
Suitable for environments requiring both mechanical flexibility and stable electrical insulation.
