1. Product Overview

This is a solvent-free epoxide casting resin with excellent thermal conductivity and resistance, containing mineral fillers that provide self-extinguishing properties. It is halogen-free and exhibits low shrinkage during polymerization due to high filler content. The system is elastified, performing well in thermal cycling, and has been UL94V-0 tested at 6 mm thickness with a generic thermal index (RTI) of 90°C.


2. Applications

  • Electro casting with WEVOPOX 8260 FL and WEVODUR 1018/25.

  • Used in adhesives and casting for electrical and electronic components requiring thermal resistance and dimensional stability.
