WEVOPUR 1222 is a solvent- and filler-free transparent two-component polyurethane casting resin. It is light-stable, non-yellowing under UV exposure, and provides good tear propagation strength, low tack, and high gloss. The two components are immediately compatible and free from mercury catalysts. The resin is suitable for use from -40°C to +120°C and is processed with WEVONAT 360. Pot life and curing time can be adjusted as needed.
Encapsulation of electrical components for low and medium voltage applications, including diodes and coatings.
Provides optical clarity, UV stability, and electrical insulation for sensitive components.
Suitable where non-yellowing and transparent finish are required.
