WEVOPUR 390 is a two-component polyurethane encapsulating system containing mineral fillers that provide self-extinguishing properties. The resin contains no halogenated flame-retardants, heavy metals, or chlorofluorocarbons. It achieves UL 94 V-2 at 1.5 mm thickness and is approved under File No. E108835. The cured polymer exhibits excellent flexibility at low temperatures, thermal endurance, and performance in thermal shock tests. Service temperature ranges from -40°C to +130°C. The resin is processed with WEVONAT 300 M, with adjustable pot life and curing time.
Encapsulation of electrical components for low and medium voltage applications.
Suitable for sensors, coils, and PCBs.
Provides flame retardancy, flexibility, and thermal resistance.
