1. Product Overview

WEVOPUR 390 is a two-component polyurethane encapsulating system containing mineral fillers that provide self-extinguishing properties. The resin contains no halogenated flame-retardants, heavy metals, or chlorofluorocarbons. It achieves UL 94 V-2 at 1.5 mm thickness and is approved under File No. E108835. The cured polymer exhibits excellent flexibility at low temperatures, thermal endurance, and performance in thermal shock tests. Service temperature ranges from -40°C to +130°C. The resin is processed with WEVONAT 300 M, with adjustable pot life and curing time.

  • Encapsulation of electrical components for low and medium voltage applications.

  • Suitable for sensors, coils, and PCBs.

  • Provides flame retardancy, flexibility, and thermal resistance.
