1. Product Overview

WEVOPUR 403 FL is a two-component polyurethane encapsulating system with self-extinguishing properties. It contains no halogenated flame-retardants, heavy metals, or chlorofluorocarbons. Tested under UL File No. E108835 at 1.5 mm thickness, it passes HWI, HAI, and CTI tests with PLC 0 and has an RTI value of 155°C for electrical strength. The cured polymer is highly flexible at low temperatures, thermally resistant, and performs exceptionally under thermal shock. Service temperature ranges from -50°C to +165°C. It is processed with WEVONAT 300 M, with adjustable pot life and curing time.
