WEVOPUR 403 FL is a two-component polyurethane encapsulating system with self-extinguishing properties. It contains no halogenated flame-retardants, heavy metals, or chlorofluorocarbons. Tested under UL File No. E108835 at 1.5 mm thickness, it passes HWI, HAI, and CTI tests with PLC 0 and has an RTI value of 155°C for electrical strength. The cured polymer is highly flexible at low temperatures, thermally resistant, and performs exceptionally under thermal shock. Service temperature ranges from -50°C to +165°C. It is processed with WEVONAT 300 M, with adjustable pot life and curing time.
Encapsulation of components requiring high thermal resistance and endurance.
Suitable for coils, sensors, and PCBs.
Ideal for automotive and explosion-proof (ex-proof) applications.
Provides flame retardancy, electrical insulation, and durability under thermal cycling.
