WEVOPUR 552 FL is a two-component polyurethane encapsulating system containing mineral fillers that provide self-extinguishing properties without halogenated flame-retardants. The cured polymer is tough-elastic and meets UL 94 V-0 at 1.5 mm thickness. It passes HWI, HAI, and CTI tests, with an RTI value of 130°C for mechanical and electrical strength. The resin is suitable for use from -40°C to +130°C and is processed with WEVONAT 300 M. Pot life and curing time can be accelerated as needed.
