1. Product Overview

WEVOPUR 9251 FL is a two-component polyurethane encapsulating system formulated with mineral fillers that provide self-extinguishing properties without halogen compounds. The resin is free of halogenated flame-retardants, heavy metals, and chlorofluorocarbons. The cured polymer exhibits tough-elastic properties, excellent adhesion to plastics, metals, and glass, and outstanding performance under thermal cycling. It achieves UL 94 V-0 rating at 6 mm thickness and is approved in black and natural colors. Service temperature ranges from -40°C to +135°C. The resin is processed with WEVONAT 300, and pot life and curing time can be accelerated as needed.
