1. Product Overview

WEVOPUR PD 4 is a two-component, unfilled polyurethane encapsulating system that offers excellent chemical resistance to common acids and alkalis, along with outstanding flexibility at low temperatures. It maintains a low and stable dielectric constant across a wide frequency and temperature range, and adheres well to plastics, metals, and glass. The system is designed for use with WEVO-Hardener 385 and operates in a temperature range of -60°C to +120°C.

2. Applications

  • Encapsulation and coating of pressure-sensitive electrical and electronic components.

  • Suitable for sensors and SMD-equipped PCBs requiring thermal, chemical, and electrical stability.
