1. Product Overview
ZESTRON® SD 100 is a solvent-based cleaning agent designed to efficiently remove solder paste from SMT stencils in spray-in-air equipment. It exhibits excellent drying properties, enabling short process times, and is suitable for cleaning misprinted assemblies as well as manual stencil wiping. With ambient-temperature operation, low odor, and high bath loading capacity, it ensures long bath life and minimal maintenance costs. The product is halogen-free, biodegradable, and compliant with international environmental and safety standards.

Manual stencil cleaning and underside wiping in SMT printers.
