1. Product Overview
ZESTRON® SW is a solvent-based cleaning agent with a high flash point, specifically developed for stencil underside wiping in SMT printers without vacuum drying. Engineered in collaboration with leading SMT printer manufacturers, it delivers reproducible, residue-free cleaning results that enhance printing process reliability. The product is biodegradable, halogen-free, and environmentally compliant, offering improved operational safety compared to low flash-point solvents such as isopropanol.
2. Applications
Wiping the underside of SMT stencils in printers with or without vacuum drying.
Effective for unsoldered solder pastes, conductive adhesives, fluxes, and thick-film pastes.
Reduces solder balling and minimizes the number of cleaning cycles required.
Suitable for lead-free solder pastes.
Approved by leading international stencil printer manufacturers.
