DOWSIL™ EA-6060 is a two-part, non-flowing silicone adhesive engineered for durable bonding in automotive assemblies. It cures rapidly at moderate temperatures, achieving adhesion in as little as 10–30 minutes (80–100 °C). The formulation incorporates a scavenger system to minimize voids and a UV dye for inspection, ensuring production efficiency and reliability. Once cured, the adhesive maintains flexibility, strong adhesion, and electrical insulation across a wide temperature range (–45 to +200 °C).
