1. Product Overview

Elan-tron® MC 4539 / W 4539 is a two-component, filled epoxy potting system designed for encapsulation, sealing, and impregnation of electrical and electronic components. The compound is self-extinguishing, UL 94 V-0 certified (File E143115, E116643), and RoHS compliant. With high thermal conductivity, excellent dielectric strength, and robust mechanical performance, it offers protection under high thermal loads (thermal class H, 180°C). The resin–hardener system provides low shrinkage, reliable adhesion, and enhanced resistance to thermal and mechanical stress, making it highly effective for long-term electrical insulation and protection.
