RTV160, RTV162, and RTV167 are one-component, ready-to-use electronic-grade silicone adhesive sealants from Momentive Performance Materials. They cure at room temperature upon exposure to atmospheric moisture, forming a tough and resilient silicone rubber. Differences among them lie in color and consistency: RTV160 is a white flowable paste, RTV162 is a white paste, and RTV167 is a gray, high-strength paste. These sealants are non-corrosive to electronic metals, low odor, UL recognized, retain elastomeric properties across a wide temperature range, and exhibit excellent electrical insulation, moisture, dust, UV, ozone, and chemical resistance.
